After 5 minutes add bodacious sauce, red wine and beef broth
Bake in 375 degree oven for abou 1 1/2 hours covered.
Serve with bakery fresh ciabatta bread
Suggestions on the vegetables are fresh potatoes, onion, carrots and celery
