Ready in 15 minutes

I always try to get some greens with my evening meal. This dish is easy, cheap and tastes great. Be sure to use a light soy sauce though otherwise the dish may be too salty. I use Pearl River Light Soy Sauce for a host of different things. It has great flavor without being to salty.

"Yumm, I added a squeeze of lemon juice with the soy sauce. Loved it. Nice side dish."

8 Baby Bok Choy; Quartered
3 tablespoons Canola Oil
1 tablespoon Pearl River Light Soy Sauce

Original recipe makes 4

Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Add Bok Choy and saute in each side until lightly browned, about 6 minutes total. Add Soy sauce and toss for about 30 seconds and serve.

So easy. I used less oil and added a splash of rice vinegar. My girls loved it.
