3 lg Garlic; minced
1 15-oz can red kidney beans
2 tb chopped chipotle; Canned
1 c red bell peppers; Chopped, or green
1 c Onions; chopped
2 ts Ground cumin
1 tb Chili powder
1 28-oz can italian plum tomatoes
1 15-oz can cannellini
1 15-oz can black beans
1 c carrots; Chopped

You guys can figure out the rest. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring, and add salt and pepper. I omited 1 T. oil at the beginning of this recipe- it was used to saute the vegetables. From Fatfree Digest April-May 1994, Formatting by Sue Smith (using MMCONV) File
