Preheat oven to 400 farenheit (gas mark 6)
heat the olive oil in a skillet & brown the pork steaks on both sides, season with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger & brown sugar
Place browned pork in a baking dish & cook at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven & drain the grease. Pour the cream sauce over the steaks & bake for another 20 to 30 minutes. Season with salt & pepper & serve
