Boil potatoes until tender. Take skin off when cooled and able to
handle. Put in a large bowl and whip them until fluffy. Add all other
ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole and top with the crunch
topping. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

gsmith649 4 months agoThe word, 'delicious' doesn't do it justice. A perfect complement to the 'Cornbread & Sausage Stuffing' recipe, # 164683 on Big Oven, however, I might be a little biased. This is another favorite for my list.

saraholchesky 2 years agoMade this with canned sweet potatoes and cut the sugar to account for the light sryup. Was a hit at dinner!
