Bourbon & Brown Sugar Flank Steak

This is a delicious and easy Steak dish.


1/4 cup Bourbon; (+ 2 tbsp)
1/2 cup light Brown sugar; (+ 3 tbsp), packed
1/2 cup whole grain mustard; (+ 3 tbsp)
1/4 cup soy sauce; (+ 2 tbsp)
2 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce; (+ 2 tbsp)
1/4 cup fresh green onions; (+2 tbsp), sliced 1/4"
4 tsp fresh garlic; minced
1 3/8 tsp Kosher salt
2 lbs Flank Steak; (raw)

Original recipe makes 6



1. Prepare Bourbon marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients. Mix until well blended.

2. Pour marinade over steak turning to coat evenly. Hold overnight in refrigerator to marinate.

3. Drain and discard excess marinade.

4. Preheat grill to high. Place meat on grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. minimum internal temperature should be at least 145 degrees F. Slice thin on the bias.
