Ready in 45 minutes
Easy to make
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved.
Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over hot rice
Suet611 4y agoMade this and my husband loved it. I put it over white rice and made some broccoli with it. Its definitely more healthy and delicious than take out. I didn't have any apple juice so I added a little more cider and a little water to substitute.
