Season the wings for about an hour. (If you prefer the dish to be sweeter, add more dark soya sauce.)
Add in soaked mushrooms, beancurd, garlic, ginger and tang gui.
Add in about 2 bowls of water.
Put on gas stove, cook on high heat until boil.
Add in the eggs.
Cook for another 1 hour on low heat, with cover.
Test if chicken is tender and soft. If not, continue cooking on low heat for another half hour.
Ready to serve.
