Braised Daikon Radish

1 lg Radish; peeled
1 sm Chili
1 tb Miso
1 tb Sugar
Coriander leaves

Original recipe makes 1 servings



Peel and slice the radish. Simmer in water until soft. Stir in sliced chilli, miso and sugar and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve in bowls scattered with coriander or shredded nori.
