These pork chops were quick, easy, and delicious.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Add water, sage, salt, pepper, Reduce heat, cover and simmer until pork chops have an internal temperature of 160F, about 20 minutes.
Remove pork chops from skillet and keep warm. In a small bowl, combine milk and flour blending until smooth. Gradually stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve with pork chops.
