Suggest a better descriptionOn a plate, stir together 3 tbsp flour, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
Roll ribs in flour and shake off excess
Brown ribs on all sides, about 10 minutes
add pancetta and saute, about 5 minutes
add onions, garlic and red pepper flakes, saute about 3 minutes
Add carrots, tomato paste and sugar, stir for about 1 minute
add wine and deglaze the pot
add tomatoes, stock and vinegar and return to a boil
Return ribs to pot with herbs, cover and braise over low heat about 2 hours
Skim fat off liquid and season with salt and pepper
