Very Old Fashioned "sauce" (though not) topping for Mince Pie, Apple Pie, Ginger Bread or Cookies, or about anything you like butter and sugar with!
Very Easy to make and stores for a long time.
Cream Butter and sugar. Add brandy slowly and continue to beat until well combined and smooth.
Serve at room temperature with Mince Meat Pie, Ginger Bread/cake, Molasses cookies or Apple Pie.
Might as well make extra of this as it's good with so many dishes and keeps well. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before serving.
