Ingredients

10 oz warm water
1.5 tablespoon skim milk powder
1.5 tablespoon Sugar
1.5 tablespoon Crisco shortening
1 tsp Salt
3 cups bread machine flour (white or whole wheat)
1.5 tsp bread machine yeast

Original recipe makes 10

Servings  

Preparation

Stir water, milk powder, sugar and salt together. Pour into bread machine.

Add Crisco and flour. Lastly add yeast. Choose dough cycle on machine.

Mine takes 1.5 hours. Once beeps, take dough out of machine with greased hands and shape into loaf. Place in loaf pan and let rise until doubled (about 1/2 to 3/4 hour), Bake at 350 until golden brown (about 30 minutes)
