Ready in 35 minutes
First made in August, 2003. Absolutely the best pizza dough I've ever made. I made calzones for the first time with this. I like to add sugar to the dough or maybe garlic or some other spice for added flavor. Even cheese is great!
Follow the manufacturers directions for the dough cycle on your bread machine.
Whatever you decide to make- bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Bhopal 4y agoSo easy to work with. I had the pizza in the oven in no time. Excellent crust; I will be using for my pizza in the future.
Studioloo 5y agoAdded herbs and a tsp of sugar. Loved it. Used it to make a deep dish.
Webmommy 5y agoThere is nothing bad I could possibly say about this pizza crust! Excellent texture, easy to roll out, not too sticky. The crust had a nice crunch on the outside and was chewy on the inside. I brushed the crust with olive oil just before baking the pizza. This will go in my "go to" folder for pizza.
E1000yb 6y agoI found this dough a dream to knead. Hubbyythought the pizza I made was the best ever..
christygordon 6y agoVery good, everyone in the family loved the pizza!
teeamarria 6y agoIngredients were simple and easy. What i would do next time is leave out the cornmeal that was used for dusting. This was a good pizza crust, i actually took string cheese and made a stuffed crust around the edges--yum. I also baked the crust for 5 min and cooled crust before adding all the toppings. Thank you for coming up with a great pizza crust
