Ingredients

16 slices white bread torn in to small pieces
4 Eggs
4 cups milk
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick butter or margarine; melted
Cinnamon/sugar mixture; (1 tsp. cinnamon to 1/2 cu
WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
1 stick butter or margarine
6 oz. white chocolate or almond bark
6 tsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Place pinched bread evenly in 9 x 13 dish. Mix together all other ingredients except cinnamon/sugar mixture. Pour mixture over bread. Bake 30 - 45 minutes or until firm.

SAUCE: Melt together margarine and chocolate in microwave, being careful not to scorch. (I do 30 seconds at a time). Add other ingredients and stir until smooth. Mixture may be grainy at first, but keep stirring! Pour over cooked bread pudding.

Soooo good! Made it last night, woke up this morning and it was gone! My family couldn't stop eating it. Its a keeper! :)
