basic Thanksgiving stuffing
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery, cook for 10 minutes or until translucent. Scrape into a big bowl.
Add bread and parsley. Stir to coat with melted butter and veggies. Toss with 2.5 cups of turkey stock.
Season with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Place in buttered baking dish, drizzle with remaining stock.
Bake 15 minutes.
