Sift the first 5 ingredients.
Beat eggs, oil, vanilla & both sugars.
Stir in the zucchini. ** Can also stir in blueberries.
Grease the loaf pans & sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar (instead of flour) and bake at 325? for 40-60 mins. Cool for 20 mins.
