Suggest a better descriptionCRUMBLE yeast with a little lukewarm water. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes or till the mixture turns frothy. Mix flour, salt and sugar well. Add the yeast mixture. Add the remaining lukewarm water and knead to a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for one hour to ferment. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into desired shapes or into one long roll. Allow to prove for 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 350o F for 10 minutes till well browned. NOTES : Makes 1 400g loaf
