Suggest a better descriptionDissolve yeast in water. Add mashed potatoes, sugar, eggs, shortening, and salt. Mix well. Add 4 cups of flour. Change to kneading attachment. Continue adding flour. When all the flour is added, knead for about 5 minutes in kitchen aide (much longer if by hand). Let rise until double in size. Punch down. Shape into whatever form desired. Let rise again. Bake at 350. Time depends on shape/size of desired bread.
