Suggest a better descriptionCombine 2 cups whole wheat flour, undissolved yeast and salt in a large bowl. Heat water, milk, honey, and butter until very warm(120-130f). Add to flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Add 1/2 cup flour and wheat bran. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in remaining flour to make stiff batter.
Place in 9x5 greased loaf pan. Cover, let rise in warm draft freeplace for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375. Bake 45 mminutes. Remove from pan, let cool on wire rack.
