Knead 5 min, let dough rest
Oil bowl
Knead again
Dough in bowl, flip once, cover and let rise til double in size about 1 1/2 hrs
Divide into 2 loaves
Grease baking sheet
Let dough rise again 30 mins
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Bake 30 mins
