Combine water salt honey and oil to mixer
Mix on low then add 2cups flour with the yeast.
Mix until incorporated and add rest of flour
Mix on low till dough is tacky. Leave in bowl let ride till doubled
In size remove from bowl cut into two even loaded. Knead dough then place in bread pans,slice tops and let rise till doubled cook for 30 min at 400.
