Delicious and easy.
1. Simmer them in a pot of salted water for about 45 min.
2. Drain and discard water.
3. Mash potatoes to desired texture. Add melted butter, mix, and add warm milk and cheeses. Mix well.
4. Butter a glass casserole dish nicely and scoop the potatoes in. top with a some more Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
5. Bake at 400° for 20 min.

amandaweingartner 3y agoAfter I added the milk to it, they turned out all soupy. Not the way mashed potatoes are supposed to be.

Warsoki 4y agoAbsolutely great! My Husband loves my normal mashed potatoes and was very skeptical of a different type....he loved this recipe! I will definitely use it again and share it with friends and family.
