This is great to make for any holiday morning. My family just loves this dish.
Saute your sausage in a medium fry pan chopping and cooking until browned. Drain on a plate that you cover in paper towels. Set aside. In a large bowl combine baking mix (I use Bisquick), milk and the water. Stir with a whisk until it looks like cake batter. Pour into a 13 X 9 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Or just grease with shortening. In the bowl add eggs, sausage and the shredded cheese. Stir with a fork until blended. Pour on top of the baking mixture and swirl around with your fork to blend . Bake in a 350 oven for approx. 35 - 45 minutes. When the casserole is done you can test it with a toothpick. When inserted it comes out clean and when you press with your finger it springs back. Cut into 3 x3 inch pieces and serve.
