This Finnish-inspired breakfast cake boasts a creamy custard-like consistancy. Serve warm or chilled with fresh fruit.
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 10" diameter baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Pour into dish and bake 25 minutes.
Juliemchapin 5y agoWonderful! I cook this in a water bath 1" deep jelly roll pan with water. Very mild, great with coffee.
mcooper85 5y agoGreat recipe, simple to make... Only downside is the sweetness, I would probable use half the sugar as it seemed to slightly overpower the fruit and cream I served with this. But it is a must try!
wannabgourmet 6y agoVery light and smooth. This is great with fresh fruit. Blueberries, rasberries and strawberries or a combination of any of these are a perfect. The cake itself is not very sweet. You can add more sugar to the recipie or blend the fruit with some whip cream to sweeten it up. Yum.
