1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Preparation

This Finnish-inspired breakfast cake boasts a creamy custard-like consistancy. Serve warm or chilled with fresh fruit.

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 10" diameter baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Pour into dish and bake 25 minutes.

Wonderful! I cook this in a water bath 1" deep jelly roll pan with water. Very mild, great with coffee.

Great recipe, simple to make... Only downside is the sweetness, I would probable use half the sugar as it seemed to slightly overpower the fruit and cream I served with this. But it is a must try!
