Ready in 45 minutes
Wash and dice potatoes.
Dice onions into small pieces.
Toss potatoes and onions in large bowl with all spices and hot sauce.
Melt butter in skillet and add potato mixture.
Cook thoroughly, until potatoes start to crisp a little.
Then sprinkle cheese on top.
Put lid on skillet until cheese melts.
Good served with homemade cheese biscuits & scrambled eggs

maccardo 7y ago10 potatoes is a lot of food. I made it with 4 potatoes and one onion and had plenty left over.
