Suggest a better descriptionTofu makes it frothy and thick. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 minute or until frothy. Its a great "breakfast-on-the-run". Try using 1/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup orange juice with plain yogurt. Or substitute a raw egg for the yogurt. (Either supply you with the protein you need to start the day.)
