7 Frozen strawberries
7 Ice cubes

1 dash Nutmeg; (optional)
1 ts Honey; (optional)
6 Frozen blueberries
1 Banana
5 -(up to)
Fresh mint; (optional)
1/2 c Orange juice

We have been trying to eat more fruit (got to get those 5 servings!) and here is one way we have come up with. Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth.
