Brisket and bbq sauce
Cut fat from meat.
Place meat in pand and add 1/2 cup water.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Remove, cool and refridgerate overnight.
Slice brisket, place in BBQ safe pan, cover with sauce, cover pan with foil and cook on BBQ pit for 2 hours.
(NOTE: can utilize pre-smoked brisket, follow directions on package for cooking)
Sauce:
Mix all ingredients together.
