Makes very tasty and tender brisket.
Mix together and rub on a 3-4 pound brisket. Let marinate over night in a baking bag. Place baking bag in the oven on baking dish and cook for 4 to 5 hours.
Take the grease of the resulting juices and thicken with corn starch for a great gravy.
Have also used on roast with great results.
