1 quart Half and Half; Non Fat
4 cup Broccoli Florets
16 ounce Cheese Spread; - Wal-Mart or Velveeta

Preparation

Either steam or boil broccoli until soft. Place in food processor and chop into fine pieces. Cut cheese spread into pieces. Put half and half, cheese and broccoili in sauce pan. Cook over low to medium heat stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
