1. boil the water
2. add the better than bouillon until it dissolves.
3. slowly add in the polenta stirring constantly
4. add in the olive oil and stir
5. add in the broccoli and stir well.
6. cook on low for 15 minutes, covered, stir often.
7. let sit covered for 10 minutes.
8. eat or pour into rectangular dish and refrigerate for an hour.
