Broccoli stri fried with beef and shrimp over rice.
Season shrimp with old bay and set aside, season the beef with Worcestershire sauce, set aside slice onion into bite size pieces for stir fry. Prepare the broccoli beef stir fry mix according to package directions. Prepare broccoli according to the package directions. Pour the olive oil into a stir fry or regular frying pan and heat over medium high then add shrimp cooking until it is almost done. Remove shrimp from pan and add the beef, cooking it until almost done as well. Remove from pan. Sautée the onions, return the shrimp and beef to the pan along with the stir fry mixture add broccoli and stir until everything is coated. Let simmer while you prepare the rice according to the package directions.
Only cook the broccoli for five minutes.
