Stir together marinade ingredients in medium bowl, add the beef and stir until coated. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Stir together in small bowl the ingredients for the sauce; set aside.
Boil broccoli for 2 minutes (do not over cook) in salted boiling water. Drain.
Heat wok over high heat until a drop of water sizzles and instantly everates upon contact. Add the oil and swirl in wok to coat. Add the beef in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 1 minute. Flip beef over, add the garlic and fry for addition 30 seconds to 1 minute until no longer pink. Pour in the sauce and the broccoli and bring to boil. Pour in desolved corn starch and cook stirring until sauce thickens (about 30 seconds)
