Great for Christmas time.
Combine broccoli, cauliflower and water in 2 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave at High for 5 to 9 minutes, or until vegetables are very hot and color brightens, stirring once. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
Arrange red pepper in 1 1/2-quart deep mixing bowl. Arrange broccoli and cauliflower over red pepper, pressing floweret ends toward outside of bowl. Alternate rows of broccoli and cauliflower. Set aside.
Place butter, lemon juice and onion salt in 1-cup measure. Microwave at High for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes, or until butter melts. Pour evenly over broccoli and cauliflower. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap.
Microwave vegetables at High for 4-11 minutes, or until hot, rotating bowl once. Remove plastic wrap. Place serving plage over top of bowl and invert. Sprinkle with lemon zest , and garnish with lemon slices.
