Great side dish or stand alone bread
Beat eggs, add melted margarine and 1/2 cup of buttermilk, then add muffin mix and
blend.
By hand, fold in the cheese, onion and broccoli. Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch
square baking dish Bake at 375 deg. for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
This is really good to me. I don't know when to stop eating it when I fix it. Try
adding some red pepper flakes to it for a little heat.
