Suggest a better description1. Cook the broccoli until it is tender-crisp. Drain.
2. In a food processor, puree the broccoli, along with the olive oil, parmesan cheese, parsley & basil until the broccoli is finely chopped.
3. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain. Toss the pasta with the vegetable mixture & serve immediately.
NOTE: The sauce will be thick. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add a bit of chicken or vegetable stock while processing.
