My 13 year old daughter loves this so much she has taken over cooking it. It's simple and healthy.
Cook noodles. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute garlic in oil until tender. Add broccoli; saute for 4 minutes until crisp tender. Add mushrooms, thyme, pepper and salt if desired; saute for 2-3 minutes. Drain noodles; add broccoli mixture.
