9 Eggs
2 tb milk
1 pk (10-oz) frozen broccoli
1 md Tomato; sliced in 6 wedges
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Grated Parmesan
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/3 c Onion; finely chopped

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Beat eggs with hand beater in 2 1/2-qt bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in broccoli, onion, 1/4 c. cheese, milk, salt, basil and garlic powder. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11x7 1/2.
