Suggest a better descriptionDice onion and break up frozen broccoli and saute in a pan with 2 sticks of butter. Saute on medium heat for about 30 minutes. After broccoli and onion are sauteed, throw in a casserole dish, the deeper he dish the better. Then add soup, milk and rice and stir thoroughly. Cut Velveeta up in small cubes and mix in with the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 275 for about an hour covered. Take cover off for the last 10 minutes. After cooled down a little serve and enjoy.
