1. Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and Parmesan cheese.
2. Saute bacon until crisp. Reserve bacon fat.. Break bacon into pieces.
3. Saute almonds in bacon fat umtil toasted. Drain and cool.
4. Toss florets with bacon and almonds..
5. Pour dressing over and mix well. Can be made a day ahead.
Optional ingredients: Chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, shredded carrots
