Try this Broccoli with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese recipe, or contribute your own.
Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and lemon peel and stir 30 seconds. Add broccoli and toss to coat. Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover skillet and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender and water has cooked away, about 5 minutes. Add cheese and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.

Csdukate 2y agoDelish! Will definitely make again but with a little less water. Had to drain it at the end. Awesome taste though!!

Brucedavison 2y agoLike a prior review states; it's just okay. Won't make it again. The water created varied consistency between the florets and the stem.
SEMBP 2y agoReminded hubby of cyinese take out. I used froze broccoli instead of fresh. Will try fresh next time
