"Made this dish again. My 9 year old devoured it and said it was "awesome"! Complimented me numerous times throughout the evening on how good the broccoli was, and then helped clean the table. Now that's what I call awesome! My husband, who despises broccoli in every form, suffered through the dish without complaint. That's saying something."

Are you making this?
2 tb olive oil
2 tb Garlic; chopped
2 ts Lemon Peel; grated
2 lb Broccoli; stalks discarded, crowns cut into florets
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; Grated

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and lemon peel and stir 30 seconds. Add broccoli and toss to coat. Add 1/2 cup water.

Cover skillet and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender and water has cooked away, about 5 minutes. Add cheese and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes 4 servings.

Delish! Will definitely make again but with a little less water. Had to drain it at the end. Awesome taste though!!

This is so good. I'm going to make it at our Christmas dinner. Love it.

Like a prior review states; it's just okay. Won't make it again. The water created varied consistency between the florets and the stem.

Even the broccoli hater in my family enjoyed it!

It's good enough so someone who doesn't like broccoli will enjoy it.
