"Made this dish again. My 9 year old devoured it and said it was "awesome"! Complimented me numerous times throughout the evening on how good the broccoli was, and then helped clean the table. Now that's what I call awesome! My husband, who despises broccoli in every form, suffered through the dish without complaint. That's saying something."
Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and lemon peel and stir 30 seconds. Add broccoli and toss to coat. Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover skillet and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender and water has cooked away, about 5 minutes. Add cheese and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
Csdukate 1y agoDelish! Will definitely make again but with a little less water. Had to drain it at the end. Awesome taste though!!

Brucedavison 2y agoLike a prior review states; it's just okay. Won't make it again. The water created varied consistency between the florets and the stem.
SEMBP 2y agoReminded hubby of cyinese take out. I used froze broccoli instead of fresh. Will try fresh next time
