Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli, kosher salt, crushed red pepper and sliced garlic. Saute 3-4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water , cover, reduce heat to low and cook until tender.

Aquannie 3 years agoI was wishing I had added something else to it - maybe sauteed onions instead of garlic? Was really bland but way better than just steamed. I'll use this as a basic cooking method to branch out from.
