*Put the cheese slices in a bowl, pour over the chili oil and toss well to coat cheese

*Meanwhile, stir the hot stock into the couscous in a large bowl
*Cover and let stand for 5 min
*Stir the herbs, lemon juice and olive oil into the couscous and serve with the broiled cheese over the top
