Use a good quallity steak such as a ribeye from behind the meat counter. This is our new favorite way to make steaks!
1. Place frozen steaks on one side of broiler pan; place potatoes on the other
2. Combine oil, basil and pepper. Brush on potatoes. Broil meat and potatoes 5 to 5 inces from heat until steaks are cooked to your likelness and potatoes are tender. 17 to 22 minutes, turning steaks once.
3. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Season with salt, if desired.
