"Very tasty! Altered the recipe a little (based on the ingredients I had @ the moment). I omitted the dry mustard @ replaced the white pepper with dried cayenne pepper. I also used ground up kosher salt & applied Pam to both sides of the fish. Before cooking, I allowed the fish to "marinade" for about 15 minutes"- Freelb1181

mogriff1 1 year agoNice blend of flavors! I also took the ds to mean tsp. I sauteed the tilapia in a tbsp of olive oil. We enjoyed it.
Shawna23 1 year agoThis was great! Fast, easy and healthy. I substituted catfish for the tilapia, which worked well. I took ds to mean teaspoon. I decreased the black pepper to 1/3 tsp. so it wouldn't be too spicy for my kids.

Nsemon 2 years agoIt was fast. I thought it would be more flavorful with the variety of seasonings. Rather, I thought it was quite bland.
