Try this Bronzed Tilapia recipe, or contribute your own.
"Very tasty! Altered the recipe a little (based on the ingredients I had @ the moment). I omitted the dry mustard @ replaced the white pepper with dried cayenne pepper. I also used ground up kosher salt & applied Pam to both sides of the fish. Before cooking, I allowed the fish to "marinade" for about 15 minutes"
Combine the seasonings mix ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle each side of each fillet evenly with 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture. Preheat a 10-inch skillet over high heat to 400 degrees, about 5 minutes. Spray the top side of each fillet evenly with vegetable cooking spray. Place the fillets, two at a time (sprayed side down), in the skillet, reduce the heat to medium, and cook 2 minutes. Turn the fillets over and cook until done, about 2 minutes more. Remove the cooked fillets, wipe the skillet clean, bring the heat back to 400, and repeat the process with the remaining fillets. NOTES : Original recipe is for 6 servings. Krimac06 1y agoQuick and healthy for you dieters! I rub the fillets with olive oil and then sprinkle seasonings. Then I put a bit of oil in a pan and cook them through in the pan - so fast and easy!

mogriff1 2y agoNice blend of flavors! I also took the ds to mean tsp. I sauteed the tilapia in a tbsp of olive oil. We enjoyed it.
Shawna23 2y agoThis was great! Fast, easy and healthy. I substituted catfish for the tilapia, which worked well. I took ds to mean teaspoon. I decreased the black pepper to 1/3 tsp. so it wouldn't be too spicy for my kids.
