Coat beef in flour.
Heat oil in pan, add the onions and mushrooms until softened - remove and set aside.
Add beef to pan, season well and brown. Add carrots and return other veg.
Add sauces, stock and peas.
Simmer until beef is soft (about 2 1/2 - 3 hours).
