Suggest a better descriptionPut the chicken in your crock pot. Sprinkle over brown sugar, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce. Add the vinegar, then pour in the soda. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours. If the liquid evaporates quickly, add more soda. Shred chkicen with fork. Serve with rice and a ladle full of broth .
