Suggest a better descriptionMix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, egg, and oil. Mix together. Fill muffin cups 1/4 full with batter. Add a pinch or ore of brown sugar. Cover with batter. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake for 15 min. @ 350. Serve.
