With the fruit, it can't be all that bad for you...

"My 15 year old made this alllll by himself for a friend for Valentines Day (see picture). I didn't get to try it but from what I understand- she liked it a lot. I'll have to see if I can get him to make me one next year : )"

1 8-oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1/2 cup apple jelly

Original recipe makes 10 Servings

2. In large bowl, stir brownie mix, butter and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan.

3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Made it for my sons birthday party! Awesome! Just be careful taking brownie out of the pan so it doesn't brake.

Big Hit. I've made it twice now. Once with a thick 6' crust and once with a thin 12' crust. I'd go with the 12.
